Reading an AI forecast

What the AI Insights panel can and can't tell you.

Ranges, not answers

Every property shows an AI valuation range, a 1, 3 and 5-year forecast, a risk breakdown and a plain-English summary. Look at the whole range, not just the middle number. The shaded gets wider the further out it goes, because the future is less certain.

The confidence label (high, medium, low) tells you how much the documents supported the estimate. Low confidence means thin evidence, not a bad property.

Where the numbers come from

The AI reads only that property's documents and Cavisa's data, and cites the sections it used. It doesn't know about things that aren't in those documents. If it can't find an answer, it says so.

Inputs, not decisions

AI never sets prices or moves money. An independent sets value, and two people approve the reference price for trading. Each insight shows whether a Cavisa reviewer has checked it. Treat unreviewed insights as a first read, and AI won't tell you whether to buy or sell.
